This Privacy Policy explains how Real Estate HQ Military (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information through realestate-hq.com, our member agent websites, and our subscription service (the “Service”).
Information we collect
From members (agents who subscribe):
- Account and contact details: name, email, phone, business address, brokerage, and license details you choose to share
- Branding materials: your logo, headshot, colors, and bio
- Billing information: our payment processor, Stripe, collects your card details. We receive only limited information, such as your card type, the last four digits, and the expiration date.
- Support messages and other information you send us
From visitors and leads on member sites:
- Information submitted through forms, such as name, email, phone, the installation they’re moving to, timeline, and message
Collected automatically:
- Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies
How we use information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including building and hosting member sites
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To deliver lead form submissions to the member agent and send the automated follow-up emails the member’s site is set up to send
- To respond to questions and provide support
- To send service notices, such as billing receipts, renewal reminders, and policy updates
- To send marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time
- To measure and improve the Service, our advertising, and site performance
- To prevent fraud and spam, keep the Service secure, and comply with the law
Leads on member sites
When someone submits a form on a member agent’s website, the information goes to that agent and into the CRM we provide for that agent. The agent may contact the person directly, and the CRM sends follow-up emails in the agent’s name. Each agent is responsible for how they use the leads they receive. To stop follow-up emails, use the unsubscribe link in any of them.
How we share information
We don’t sell personal information. We share it only:
- With member agents, for leads submitted on their sites
- With service providers who help us run the Service, such as hosting, payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, spam protection, and analytics and advertising (for example, Google and Meta). They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- For legal reasons, when required by law or needed to protect our rights, users, or the public
- In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of assets, subject to this policy
Cookies and analytics
We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, understand how the sites are used, and measure advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work without them.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business purposes, such as billing records, tax and accounting obligations, and resolving disputes. When a member cancels, their site is taken offline at the end of the paid period, and we delete or anonymize site and lead data within a reasonable time, except where we need to keep it by law.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and a PCI-compliant payment processor. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You can update your account information from your account page or by contacting us. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. Children
The Service isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date. If the changes are material, we’ll notify members by email.
