Real Estate HQ Military is a month-to-month subscription. You can cancel anytime, with no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees.
How to cancel
- From your account: log in, go to My Account, open Subscriptions, select your subscription, and click Cancel.
- By email: write to su*****@***********hq.com from the email address on your account, and we’ll cancel it for you.
Cancel at least one day before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next month.
What happens when you cancel
- Your subscription won’t renew, and you won’t be charged again.
- Your site and Service stay active through the end of the month you’ve already paid for.
- When the paid period ends, your site is taken offline and your access to the Service ends.
- Lead notifications are emailed to you as leads come in. We don’t provide a data export after cancellation, so save any lead details you want to keep before your paid period ends.
Refunds
All payments are non-refundable. We don’t give refunds or credits for partial months, unused time, or periods when you didn’t use the Service. This applies whether you cancel or your subscription ends for another reason, such as a failed payment.
If we charged you in error, for example a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled, contact us within 30 days and we’ll refund the incorrect charge.
Free first month and promotional codes
If you subscribe with a code that waives your first month, you won’t be charged for that month. To avoid being charged, cancel before your first paid billing date. Otherwise, your subscription renews at the regular price of $49 per month.
Restarting
You can subscribe again at any time. Your site will need to be set up again.
