These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your subscription to and use of Real Estate HQ Military (the “Service”), operated by Real Estate HQ Military, 2217 N. Kentucky St., Arlington, VA 22205 (“we,” “us,” “our”). By checking out, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t subscribe or use the Service.
1. The Service
Real Estate HQ Military is a marketing service for real estate professionals who serve military families. While your subscription is active, the Service includes:
- A military-focused agent website that we build, host, and maintain, branded with the logo, headshot, colors, and contact details you provide
- Our library of duty-station guides, loaded on your site
- New articles published to your site automatically (currently four a month)
- Lead capture forms and a CRM that sends automated follow-up emails to new leads in your name
- A library of Canva templates and social media images
- Ongoing updates to guides and articles
We may add, change, or retire features over time. If we make a change that materially reduces the Service, we’ll tell you in advance, and you can cancel at any time.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You agree to give us accurate account, billing, and branding information and to keep it current. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at su*****@***********hq.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Subscription, billing, and renewal
- Price. The Service costs $49 per month (plus any applicable taxes), unless a different price is shown at checkout.
- Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically each month on your billing date, and we charge the payment method on file until you cancel.
- Payment processing. Payments are processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe. We don’t store your full card number.
- Promotional codes. Codes that discount or waive your first month (for example, a free first month) apply only to the payments stated in the offer. Unless you cancel before your next billing date, your subscription renews at the regular price when the promotional period ends. Codes have no cash value, may expire, and are limited to one use per customer unless the offer says otherwise.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, we’ll try again and may ask you to update your payment method. If payment isn’t received, we may suspend your site and Service until it is, or cancel your subscription.
- Price changes. We may change the subscription price. We’ll email you at least 30 days before a new price takes effect, and you can cancel before then.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel anytime from the Subscriptions section of your account page, or by emailing su*****@***********hq.com. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees.
When you cancel, your subscription won’t renew. Your site and Service stay active through the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Payments are non-refundable, and we don’t give refunds or credits for partial months or unused time. When the paid period ends, your site is taken offline and your access ends. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.
5. Your content and responsibilities
- Your materials. You keep ownership of the logo, photos, text, and other materials you give us (“Your Materials”). You give us permission to use, copy, and display Your Materials to build, host, and promote your site and to provide the Service. You confirm you have the rights to Your Materials.
- Licensing and advertising rules. You’re responsible for complying with the real estate licensing, advertising, and brokerage-disclosure rules that apply to you, including any requirement to display your brokerage name, license number, or Equal Housing Opportunity information. Tell us what your site needs to show, and we’ll add it.
- Fair housing. You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates fair housing laws.
- Leads and email. The CRM sends follow-up emails to people who opt in on your site, in your name. You’re responsible for how you use lead information and for following applicable email, privacy, and telemarketing laws (such as CAN-SPAM and the TCPA) when you contact leads.
- Acceptable use. You agree not to use the Service to send spam, post unlawful, misleading, or infringing content, interfere with the Service or other members’ sites, or attempt to access accounts or systems you aren’t authorized to use.
6. Our content
The guides, articles, templates, images, site designs, and software we provide (“Our Content”) are owned by us or our licensors. While your subscription is active, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display Our Content on your site and to use the templates and social images to market your real estate business. This license ends when your subscription ends. You may not resell Our Content or republish it outside the Service, except for social posts shared during your subscription.
7. Content accuracy
We work to keep guides and articles accurate and current, but installation details, housing allowances, school information, prices, and other facts change. Our Content is general information. It isn’t legal, financial, tax, or lending advice. You and your clients should verify important details with official sources. Installation names are used for informational purposes only. Real Estate HQ Military is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Defense or any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces.
8. No guarantee of results
We don’t guarantee any number of visitors, leads, clients, or transactions, or any particular search engine ranking.
9. Availability and third-party services
We aim to keep your site available, but the Service may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. The Service relies on third-party providers, such as hosting, payment, and email services. We aren’t responsible for their outages or actions, but we’ll work to restore service promptly.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that is unlawful or harms us, other members, or the public. Where reasonable, we’ll notify you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. You can stop using the Service at any time by cancelling. Sections 6 (ownership), 7, 8, 11, 12, and 13 survive the end of your subscription.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in or serving Arlington County, Virginia, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please contact us at su*****@***********hq.com so we can try to resolve it informally.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we’ll email you or post a notice on the site at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before they take effect.
